Across whole show

Entry Dom DeLuise and his three sons Peter DeLuise (who has written, directed and produced a number of episodes), Michael DeLuise and David DeLuise have all appeared on the show at least once. Peter DeLuise has appeared many times.
Entry Some of Stargate's permanent cast and most of its guest stars have appeared on The Outer Limits.
Entry This is for the episode airing on 9/10/04 called "Sacrifices". The original title for it was "My Big Fat Jaffa Wedding," a reference to the 2003 film "My Big Fat Greek Wedding."
Entry Season 8 "Covenant." The logo of Alec Colson's company is a slightly altered Sci Fi Channel logo.
Entry Series 8, Episode: Threads. When Carter gets a call during the meeting with the Jaffa, the soldier behind the desk is Peter DeLuise, the episode director.
Entry Season 9 Episode 4-"The Ties That Bind" Vala's (Claudia Black) pistol looks remarkably like a pulse pistol from Farscape. Clearly a little reference to her old series.
Entry Many die-hard fans have noted and protested the changing of Daniel Jackson's wife's name from "Sha'uri" in the film to "Sha're" in the television series. Supposedly this was done because actor Michael Shanks had difficulty properly pronouncing the original name from the film.
Entry In the final episode, "Unending," just after Thor beams aboard, Vala asks Daniel how he can always tell one Asgard from another, given that they all look the same. He replies, 'it's the voice'. This is a subtle nod to the fact that Michael Shanks, who plays Daniel on the show, also provides the voice for the CG character, Thor.

Children of the Gods (1) (series 1)

Entry When Daniel tells the others that he believes there is an entire network of Stargates instead of just two, he and Carter figure out that they have to adjust for stellar drift in calculating the new gate positions. She mentions that they should be able to 'MacGyver' something together. This is of course a nod to Richard Dean Anderson, who played MacGyver.

Urgo (series 3)

Entry In the scene where Samantha Carter is about to release an EM pulse in the room in an effort to discontinue Urgo's annoying appearances, Urgo is protesting his "demise" and trying to prove he won't bother anyone anymore. He says, "What about this?" and changes into a younger man in military uniform. "Can you resist this?" he then asks before he switches back to his familiar form. The actor playing Urgo, Dom Deluise, is actually replaced by his son, one of the directors of Stargate SG-1, for this switch.

Point of View (series 3)

Entry In classic Star Trek, Kirk and Co. travel to an alternate universe where Spock and the rest are evil and Spock has a goatee. In this episode, Daniel travels to an alternate universe where Teal'c is evil and has a goatee. The name of the classic Trek episode? "Mirror Mirror". How does Daniel get to the alternate universe? Through a mirror.

Point of No Return (series 4)

Entry Near the end, right after they come out of the stargate to the Alien planet, there are lots of artifacts laying around. Look to your right, and you'll see what looks like a space pod. It's the same one Rita Repulsa came out of in the first season of Power Rangers.

Window of Opportunity (series 4)

Entry The Fruit Loops on the spoon were actually glued there to make it look the same everyday. Too bad the people behind Jack are always different.

The Changeling (series 6)

Entry The first firefighter down the pole is Allan Kovacs, Amanda Tapping's husband.
