Continuity: Throughout the whole show, George Costanza is showed as being left-handed (eg. at the beginning of the episode titled "The Shoes", Jerry and George are writing "The Butler" script, and George can clearly be seen writing with his left hand). However, the actor himself is not, and you can spot some episodes (mostly in the first seasons) but a few in the last seasons as well, with him using his right hand for writing or eating, while in most of the show he's using his left-hand for everything.

Quotes
Kramer: It's a write off for them.
Jerry: Write it off what?
Kramer: They just write it off.
Jerry: You don't even know what a write off is, do you?
Kramer: Do you?
Jerry: No, I don't.
Kramer. Well they do, and they're the ones writing it off.
Jerry: I wish I had the last 20 seconds of my life back.
Trivia
One of the subplots concerned Elaine's new boyfriend, "Joel Rifkin". Within the episode, Elaine wanted her boyfriend to change his name because he shared the same name as the serial killer named Joel Rifkin who had been arrested June '93. She has a conversation with her boyfriend, Joel, and suggests he change his name to the less scary Dion, Ned, Remy and then O.J. The show aired in November, 1993, seven months before football Hall of Famer O.J. Simpson would be tried for the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. See more...
Seinfeld (1990) - 90 mistakes in entire show
starring Jason Alexander, Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Michael Richards (add more)
Across whole show
Continuity: The exterior shot they use when establishing Monk's cafe is completely different than what is inside in the cafe. First the outside has neon lights with just RESTAURANT. The inside of the cafe, the menus, windows and door all have Monk's cafe logo on them. Secondly the door should be in the middle of the restaurant, instead the interior shows it to be to the left of the restaurant and somewhat to the side. Lastly the windows in the exterior shot are extremely large with no writing, logo and curtains pulled to the side. Inside the cafe, the windows are much smaller, with permanent curtains coming halfway up the windows and the rest being blocked by Monk's cafe logo.
Factual error: During the entire series, the view of Jerry's door from the hallway is of a flat wall with the door in line, yet from inside the apartment, not only does the kitchen angle into the hallway, but Jerry's fridge is recessed into the wall. The wall behind it should be blocking the hallway completely.
All of series 1 (season 1)
The Statue (season 2, episode 6)
The Heart Attack (season 2, episode 8)
The Deal (season 2, episode 9)
The Busboy (season 2, episode 12)
The Note (season 3, episode 1)
The Truth (season 3, episode 2)
Continuity: Jerry is waiting for George to come into his apartment and he says to Elaine and Kramer, "my oldest friend is dating the governor", and then folds his arms. In the next shot, as George comes in, Jerry is suddenly holding a glass of juice - there was no time for this change to happen naturally.
The Pen (season 3, episode 3)
Revealing: While Jack is leaving the apartment after giving Jerry the pen, you can see they have put a fake background outside the front door. What's more it is not even that realistic. It looks like a forest with a river in the middle. The Seinfeld's Florida apartment is situated amongst many other apartments around it.
The Dog (season 3, episode 4)
The Library (season 3, episode 5)
The Parking Garage (season 3, episode 6)
Continuity: In the first scene (approximately 3 minutes in) where Jerry points out the red-headed woman in the parking garage to George, she is leaving her vehicle in a section of the garage that is labeled 14 with a green background. However, later (approximately 23 minutes in) she is shown returning to her car in section 14, but the color is now yellow.
The Red Dot (season 3, episode 12)
Continuity: After Elaine unwraps her cashmere sweater, Kramer wraps the ribbon around his neck in a scarf-like way and then lies back on the couch. In a long shot of the apartment (as Elaine exits the bathroom), the ribbon is gone, but when it cuts to Kramer and he asks about the red dot (and for the rest of the scene), the ribbon is back.
