Mistakes
The Earring Genie wears is often missing throughout the film. Notably in parts of the "Never Had A Friend Like Me" segment. When Genie has on a white Tux on and is dancing with the hands. Then Later when Aladdin is about to kiss the Harem girl and Genie takes her place and sings, "I'm on the job, You Big Nabob". See more...
Trivia
Sultan is zooming around the throne room on the Magic Carpet. Sultan swoops down, barely hitting Aladdin and Jafar, but does hit Iago. Step frame by frame throughout the scene and as Sultan enters the shot on the left, Aladdin's face "Morphs" dramatically for two frames into a gigantic, Mickey Mouse-like head, three times normal size. This was an inside animation joke, only noticed at frame by frame speed. See more...

Continuity: The tiger bites the seat off the suitor's trousers, allowing the viewer to see his polka-heart boxers. When we see the tiger in the courtyard, he has a part of the same boxer shorts in his mouth. So if he bit off the seat of the trousers, shouldn't he have purple cloth in his mouth?
