Maybe I missed it, but how did Peter prove Eddie's photos were fake? [Peter showed Jamison that Eddie's photos were composites taken from pictures that Peter had snapped. He proved it by showing Jamison the originals.]

Does Bernard, Harry's butler, know Peter Parker is Spider-Man? His speech to Harry in the Goblin's lair seems to indicate that he does. [It's unclear whether he knows or not. What IS clear is that he knows Norman was the Green Goblin.]
In the scene where Spider-man is given the key to the city, when he swings in, I recognized that the song the marching band was playing was the spider-man theme song from the old cartoon. I think we first heard this in Spider-man 2 when that Asians lady was singing it on the corner. Where would this band hear this song to be playing it at the ceremony? How do they know of it? [Given his popularity by the 3rd movie, it is not unlikely that a cartoon has been made based on him or that someone wrote the song about Spiderman and it has become popular. Also, we hear a (slightly modified) version of the song in the first movie as well...the singing cowboy. So the song has clearly been around for some time.]
I heard that there were going to be six Spider-man movies. Does anyone know if that is true? [No, it's not. Or, at least, it's not planned that way at the moment. The stars were contracted to do three movies; those contracts have now expired and, while Tobey Maguire has indicated that he would do a fourth if the script was good, there is, at this point, no apparent movement towards making a fourth film. While the franchise has been very successful, so Sony would undoubtedly be interested in continuing, as things stand at the moment, there are no concrete plans to do six in total.]

Is Harry new goblin, hobgoblin, or goblin Jr. I've heard all of them used while people talked about Spider-man 3. [The "official" full-length title is "New Green Goblin" but he is often referred to on licensed products simply as "New Goblin." In comic book continuity terms, he'd be Green Goblin II.]

In J. Jonah Jameson's office there are several front pages framed on his wall, including one that says "Doc Ock still at large". I know it was from Spider-Man 2, but is its inclusion here a clue to his return in a possible fourth of fifth movie? [Not really. As far as the authorities are concerned, Doc Ock IS still at large. Only Spider-man and Mary Jane know he died.]
Kind of a silly question but nonetheless; If Spider-Man were real, would he really be praised like in the film, or would the police do everything to stop him from being a vigilante? Would there be fines? Jailtime? Just very curious. [Normally, he'd be considered a vigilante, but if the police and government somehow verified him as a super hero, they may allow him to act alongside the law (sort of like Batman) but not outside it. If super villains existed as well, I think they would most definitely allow him to work alongside the law. However, if Spider-man killed anyone, they'd issue a warrant for his arrest.]
At the jazz club, after Peter dances with Gwen, Gwen is upset and asks "That was all for her?" when she realizes that Peter was only dancing with her to bother Mary Jane. However, isn't Gwen still Eddie Brock's girlfriend? [Not really. They only went out for coffee once. In Eddie's mind however, Gwen is his girlfriend.]

When Stan Lee makes his appearance and talks to Peter Parker he says to him that "One man can make the difference" The same thing the founder of Knight Industries (Knight himself) says to the young Michael Knight in the first episode of Knight Rider, before he passes away. Is it kind of a tribute to the series? [Doubtful. This line (or one very similar to it), has been used in many movies and TV shows, and the theme of one person making a difference has been used countless times.]

*spoiler warning* How powerful are the pumpkin bombs? When Peter uses one on Harry at the end of their fight in the lair, it detonates right next to his head, but Harry later comes back with nothing but burn scars on the side of his face. At the end of the film, though, the pumpkin bomb used on Venom completely incinerates Eddie Brock and leaves nothing behind but a small flaming strand of the symbiote. [1) There are different kinds of pumpkin bombs, each of varying strength and purpose. Harry would have thrown a weaker one at Peter since they were in the same room. And 2) The symbiote is especially sucseptible to fire. It's one of its two weaknesses. Sound being the other. The bomb Peter threw at the end was the same type that Norman threw at the executives during the World Unity Festival in the first Spider-Man, which is why it skeletonized Eddie.]

How come Eddie Brock developed sharp teeth and sort of reptilian eyes when he had the black stuff that turned into a suit, but Peter didn't? [When Eddie had the suit on, it was "complete". Basically, Venom is what the symbiote wants to be. Because Eddie was filled with rage and hatred, he gladly accepted the suit and this allowed the symbiote to fully take over. Peter Parker gladly accepted the suit as well, but he was not filled with some rage that Eddie was. It would have been a matter of time before the symbiote would have fully taken over Peter.]
This might be explained in the comics, but why does Peter Parker appear to be immune to death? He gets repeatedly slammed into walls all the time, and then he is pounded repeatedly by the giant Sandman and lives. I know that spiders are very strong relative to their size, but you can still squish 'em. [I'm not sure about the comics, but the science behind Spiderman is real. He embodies all the characteristics of a real spider, only amplified by genetic mutations (remember that the spider that bit him was not just any spider) and adjusted to his size. He can still be "squished" just like your standard house spider, although it would take a LOT more power...more than most of his adversaries are able to produce. This is why it took BOTH Sandman and Venom taking turns to wear him down.]
Was Norman ever really ashamed of Harry (aside from small things like Harry not having a job in the first movie), or was this just the Green Goblin personality trying to manipulate Harry? [Norman Osborn had a split personality. Norman loved his son, but felt Harry didn't really live up to his full potential. He wasn't ashamed of him, just a little disappointed in him. The Green Goblin was ashamed of Harry. He thought he was weak. So Bad Peter was lying to Harry just to hurt him, whereas the "ghost" of Norman Osborn (Green Goblin persona) was speaking truthfully.]

How did Eddie Brock know that Flint Marko would want Spiderman dead? They did not meet before, not even at the bank robbery scene because Flint went down the sewers first. Plus, how did Venom find him so easily? [Venom knows everything Spider-Man knew while he had the black suit. So he knows that Spider-Man and Sandman are enemies. It was more of an assumption on Venom's part that Sandman would want Spider-Man dead. We're never really shown exactly how long Venom was looking for Sandman. At any rate, Venom can move through the city at least as quickly as Spider-Man can. It wouldn't have taken him so long to hunt Sandman down.]

When Peter is wearing the black suit at the top of the church bell tower and decides to remove it he has to struggle with it considerably in order to rip it off. So why is he able to easily take it off by will at other times in the film, such as when he stores it in the black suitcase in his closet? If this black "goo" sticks to its host at all times, he would have had the same level of difficulty trying to remove it then, no? [The suit has a will of its own. It didn't resist before because Peter took it off normally. Now Peter was taking it off because he didn't want it. The suit sensed that, and resisted.]
I still don't understand why Flint Marko shot Uncle Ben. Can someone please explain it in full detail? [He didn't mean to. If listen at the end of the movie Flint says "Your Uncle Ben told me to put the gun down and go home, then my partner came and the gun went off." So the gun went off by accident (either due to being surprised by his partner or maybe being knocked by him). Flint had no intent on killing him after what Uncle Ben said.]
