When John Kruger and the woman are discovered in the Cyrez office using the computer, John grabs her with both arms and throws her to the ground. In the next shot, with them still falling on the ground, John now magically has his gun in his hand to start shooting, which isn't possible in the time difference from the previous shot, and the fact he was holding her with two hands.
