Revealing: In the rave club, right before Creasy fires the sawed-off shotgun at the woman who's trying to hide, the part of the wall that will be blown out is visible (it's a patched-up circle).

Continuity: When Creasy kills the first Judicial Policeman, the scene where he cuts the guys fingers off and then shoots him in the head, he pushes the car down a hill. The first angle is from Creasy's view, and the hill is all dirt. It then cuts to a second angle from the air, the hill is now all grass. When the car hits the school playground, it looks like it fell from the sky, with no hill around.

Other: When Creasy is in the car with Jorge Gonzales, Gonzales' can be seen with his sunglasses on when they were not on immediately prior.

Continuity: In the scene where Creasy is cutting off the fingers of Jorge Gonzales, the sunglasses resting on Jorge Gonzales' nose constantly change from one shot to the next. In some they're halfway down his nose so you can see his eyes, in others they're pushed all the way up.

Continuity: As Creasy is crossing the street, searching for a site to use the RPG, he is followed by a couple, a blonde in a striped top, and a man in a leather jacket. The couple passes in front of Creasy in one close-up, passes behind him in a second, long shot, then passes in front of him again in the next close-up.

Visible crew/equipment: When Denzel is trying to get information on Samuel Ramos he is talking to a woman on the phone. When we first see her talking next to her computer, this shot begins looking over a rail and pulls back. As the camera pulls back, the track that it is sitting on is visible on the bottom right of the screen. You can also see electrical wire next to the track.

Revealing: After Creasy kills Jorge Gonzales, he pushes the car off a cliff. When the car hits the ground, it explodes - but the explosion actually starts before the car has hit the ground.

Continuity: Within the first hour of the film in the scene where Creasy is driving Pita and her mom to school, the mom is seen sitting behind Creasy in some shots and sometimes there is no one behind Creasy when it changes camera angles. Then towards the end of the scene the mom appears behind Creasy once again.

Continuity: In the scene where Pita asks her father to drop her piano lessons, her father hugs her. His hand, between shots, continually moves from resting on her head to on her shoulder.

Continuity: In the scene where Creasy's friend Ray is sitting on the couch at the Agency for Federal Investigation and calls Creasy an artist of death, from a side shot he eats a piece of food, licks his fingers clean, and from the shot it is clear that he is holding nothing in his hand. However, on the next shot from the front, Ray is holding something in the same hand, points to it with the other hand, leans forward and throws it on a plate, then picks up a napkin and wipes off the fingers he had just licked clean in the shot before.

Other: When Sam is going through Creasy's resume in the back of the Mercedes, the resume speaks of a "Mr. Rosche", not Creasy.

Other: When Creasy is coaching Pita in the home swimming pool he calls her by his name, Creasy, not Pita.

Continuity: After Creasy cuts off the first finger of the first man he kills, he is using the car cigarette lighter to stop the bleeding. When the shot changes to show him using the lighter, the man's finger is seen bent around the top of the steering wheel.

Continuity: In the scene when Creasy is trying to get the number plate of the car following him, Pita is trying to write the number down as well. It can be seen that the last number (9) has been rubbed out. Creasy later finds the diary with the correct number in place.

Factual error: When Pita's dad (Marc Anthony) kills himself, we know that the gun is loaded with only one round and no magazine. However, when his wife comes in and finds him, the slide is open on the pistol. It should be closed since the magazine is what causes the slide to remain open after the last shot is fired.

Factual error: In the scene where they are first being chased (and where Pita writes down the license plate number), the plate on the other car has the number C5T K89. All DF plates for private cars and trucks have the format 123 ABC, as seen on the car driven by Creasy (845 PHY).
