Factual error: When the helicopter crashes in the water, it is most obviously dropped straight down from a crane. Even though it ran out of gas, the rotor blades would still be turning somewhat.

Visible crew/equipment: In the helicopter scene, the shadows of Pacino's helicopter and the filming helicopter can be seen on the water surface.
Revealing: The same scene is used as two separate shots when Pacino hits the lawyer's windshield with his briefcase. One view from the inside the car then from the outside.
