Get Over It (2001) - 4 corrections

starring Kirsten Dunst, Martin Short (add more)

Genres: Comedy, Musical, Romance

Comments made in brackets are corrections from other visitors. As such, any aggressive/abusive corrections (and I get quite a few) written as if they're comments I've made myself will be ignored. To submit your own corrections for mistakes, just click the edit icon under an entry, then choose "correct entry". Some entries have "duplicated entry" after them - these are entries which were already listed on the main page, but were submitted again. I occasionally leave these online for a while, just in case they were moved in error, so don't worry about pointing them out to me.

Entry At the performance of the play, the opening song introduces the plot of the play to the audience. However the play is introduced incorrectly because Dunst claims to be in love with 'Lysander'. In the real 'Midsummer Night's Dream' her character is in love with Demetrius. [That's the whole point. Yes, HELENA (the character she portrays in the play) was supposed to be in love Demetrius. KELLY was saying that she loves Burke, who plays Lysander. Didn't you realize the shocked expression on Burke's face? Burke looks very surprised that Kelly says that she loves "Lysander" and not "Demetrius".]
Entry Only obvious to those of us from down under, the clumsy blonde girl is introduced as "New Zealand's gift to Rosnell High" but Kylie Bax is an Australian, with a very Australian accent, despite her name in the film. [Kylie Bax is from Thames, New Zealand.]
Entry In the very beginning, when they are all at the party. Felix (Colin Hanks) sees his sister Kelly (Kirsten Dunst). when he first sees her, she doesn't have anything on her shoulders, but when he goes over to her, she has a knitted sweater on over her dress. [She has the sweater in her hands.]
Entry In the movie, Felix, Bert, and Sisqo are walking on the street sidewalk. They pass the same building twice, Law Office, in the same conversation. This is right before Bert goes into the Music Store to by Kelly's gift that he gave her. [They do move past what looks like the same building twice, but if you look carefully, there are two Law Offices.]
