1	Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl	Just as Jack says, "On deck, you scabrous dogs," to the very left edge of the screen over Jack's shoulder is a grip crew member with a tan cowboy hat, white short sleeve tee shirt and sunglasses, just standing there looking out to sea.
2	Gladiator	After the battle with the Germanians, the next morning after the tavern, he is walking in the army camp and he feeds a horse a piece of apple. If you look closely between Maximus and the horse, there is a crewman wearing a pair of blue jeans.
3	Black Hawk Down	Near the end of the movie when the convoy is heading back to the Pakistan Stadium, a Humvee stops briefly to allow a man to walk across the street with a child in his arms. When the shot changes and the Humvee begins driving again, a crew member or cameraman is seen inside the Humvee wearing a white shirt. All of the men who entered the Humvee were wearing fatigues.
4	Star Wars	When C-3PO is on the Conveyor belt in the Jawas transport vehicle, if you look in the reflection in his head you can see the camera crew.
5	The Matrix	When Neo is going to open the door to enter the Oracle's house, you can clearly see a camera on the doorknob. There's a sheet over it painted to look like the wall behind it, with a representation of Morpheus' tie too, because he's blocked by the camera.
6	Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets	In the dueling scene, when Snape pulls Malfoy back onto his feet, a cameraman is visible on the far left of the screen.
7	The Matrix Reloaded	During the scene where Neo is talking to Agent Smith in the park area where Neo was talking to the Oracle, there is a close-up on Agent Smith's face. In his sunglasses you can see a bright white screen to reflect the light onto the faces of the actors. This isn't visible in any non-reflected angles.
8	Titanic	In the scene where Jack comes to the first class door for the first time in his tux you can see a cameraman in the glass door before he enters.
9	The Wizard of Oz	When the Wicked Witch scares the Munchkins in Munchkinland, where Dorothy lands, she disappears into a cloud of smoke she creates. But you can clearly see her sneak down into a trap door below. <em>[As an aside to this entry, Margaret Hamilton was hospitalized for severe burns after a take of this shot (not the final one used) when there was a glitch in the timing of the explosion.]</em>
10	Braveheart	At the funeral of William Wallace's wife, Murron, a white van can be seen. He bends down to kiss her and as he stands back up, if you look over his left shoulder through the trees you can see the van going past. It's very quick, small, and blurred, but it's there.
11	Troy	As Achilles' ship nears the Trojan shores, Agamemnon snidely asks, "What's the fool doing? He's going to take the beach of Troy with fifty men?" At the start of the next shot, as the camera begins to pan down, on the far right, just beside a person's (who is dressed in blue) head is a metal bullhorn (ie. used to give instructions to cast/crew, and which definitely doesn't belong in this time period).
12	Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone	At the Quidditch match, after Hermione sets Snape's cloak on fire and someone shouts, "Fire! You're on fire!" there is a close-up of Harry with his hands gripping the Nimbus 2000. In this shot, the wire rods which are attached/taped to the broomstick, near Harry's fingers, that lead under both of his red sleeves, are entirely visible.
13	Commando	In the scene where Matrix is holding Sully over the cliff, you can see the cable holding him up.
14	Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban	At dinner, just after Harry takes the plate from Petunia and as Aunt Marge says, "A bit more," referring to the brandy Vernon pours, in the left glass door of the hutch behind Vernon, there is a nice clear reflection of a crew member lowering his white sleeved arm off screen!
15	The Fast and the Furious	When Mia sees Brian coming into the house, she looks down at herself and decides to change. When she takes off her shirt and throws it at the camera, look at the mirror and you can see the cameraman's elbow just coming into shot for a few frames.
16	Jaws	When the fishermen start out on the hunt, Ben Gardner appears in a close-up leaning on the windshield at forward deck, while talking about how stupid some of the others are. In the next wide shot of the boats, Ben's green boat is towards the left of the screen, and the large reflector screen and camera, that are mounted to the bow of his boat, are visible in front of the forward window where Ben is seen in the previous shot.
17	Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory	After Violet has chewed the gum and is blowing up, if you look near the bottom of her right leg, you can see the air hose that is blowing her up. Visible on full screen only.
18	Independence Day	In the scene where Jeff G. is talking to his ex-wife over the cell in the white house, watch behind her as she paces around the hallway.  At one point, you will see a camera man (complete with water bottle and utility belt) on the lower left portion of the screen.  He's on the floor behind her and accidentally gets exposed to the camera when she steps to the side.  He quickly scrambles away.
19	Pee-wee's Big Adventure	When Pee Wee is chaining up his beloved bike you can see the long chain coming up through the bottom of the bike box.
20	XXX	When Xander and Yelena are in the restaurant and they are shown through the window from outside you can see the reflection of a film crew member in the window.
21	Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire	After Beauxbaton's entrance into the dining hall, Fleur bows in a close-up with the wood platform directly behind her, and then Dumbledore kisses Madame Maxime's hand. In the next shot, when Dumbledore quickly runs up onto the platform to introduce Durmstrang, there is a white mark on the wood which he promptly stands on. This mark is not on the platform in either the previous or following shots.
22	Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull	When the characters are wading out of the river onto the shore (after the waterfall scene), a metal swimming pool ladder can be seen in the lower right corner of the screen.
23	The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King	In Shelob's lair, when Frodo is caught in the web, in the first close-up while hanging there the camera pans down to his feet. Both ankles are wrapped and have foot supports and the wire cables attached to his ankle straps are visible, especially his left. In the next back shot, as Frodo turns around the wrist/arm support at his right arm, while he holds Sting, is seen too.
24	Pearl Harbor	During the attack on Pearl Harbor, when the people are jumping off the ships, you can briefly see a crew member (dressed as a sailor) holding a camera (covered in green plastic) floating next to him in the water.
25	Spider-Man 2	On the way to the theater Peter intercepts a police officer chasing a couple of criminals. At the end of that scene one of the police cars has a tremendous wreck that swings the car sideways. There is a clear shot of the driver with a black helmet on.
26	The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe	When Mrs. MacReady meets the Pevensie children at the train station, the reflector screen is reflected in the lenses of her glasses, as she looks down when she speaks to them. It is also visible when the children first arrive at the house, when Mrs. MacReady says, "There shall be no disturbing of the professor."
27	Terminator 2: Judgment Day	In the scene where John, Sarah, and The Terminator are in the Cyberdyne building. They have just come down in the lift into the lobby where the SWAT team are waiting and firing gas cylinders. Arnie says his "I'll Be Back" and walks out of the lift. The SWAT team issue various instructions, then say "Ok - drop him!". Now - look carefully. The second they start to fire, look at the SWAT member who is furthest to the left and standing up. If you look right by his shoulder as soon as they start firing, what looks like a crew member walks into the scene, with his hands in his pockets!
28	Men in Black II	When agent Kay is in the elevator with the little worm dudes he swings down and starts shooting at the robot. When he swings down you can see the safety harness between his legs.
29	Labyrinth	When Sarah and Hoggle are in the Bog of Eternal Stench and they almost fall in, look in the top left hand corner of the overhead shot and you will clearly see a boom microphone.
30	A Nightmare on Elm Street	When Freddy falls over the banister onto the stairs near the end, notice the crash mat he lands on.
