| 1 | Grey's Anatomy | We see a nurse writing down "Yang, C" on the assignments board; note the handwriting. Later, when Burke notices that Christina's name is on the board, the handwriting of "Yang, C" is completely different and other minor writing differences are noticeable too. |
| 2 | How I Met Your Mother | When Robin and Barney meet up for drinks, the amount of ash on the end of Barney's cigar goes up and down frequently between shots. |
| 3 | Hawaii Five-0 | When Vogler stands in the doorway talking to Danno, the position of his arms alternates with each change of shot, from down at his sides to propped at 90-degree angles on his hips. |
| 4 | The Incredible Hulk | When the Hulk throws Mr. Malone in the river during his second transformation, the first shot is too long and we see that he would fall a few feet from the closest river shore. But in the second shot he is flying like crazy and almost lands on the remote river shore. |
| 5 | Doctor Who (2005) | Considering the Jadoon have just walked across the Moon from their ship, there's very little Moon dust on their boots. Maybe they have advanced alien boots which repel this kind of thing. |

| 6 | I Spy | Season 2, "Mainly on the Plains": While they sit side-by-side on the park bench, Don Silvando places his hand on Kelly's shoulder. The camera angle reverses, and Silvando's hand is immediately in his lap - and Kelly's shoulder, which should still be in frame, has disappeared. |
| 7 | Friends | In the scene where Chandler confronts Janice about Joey seeing her kissing her ex-husband, Janice begins to hyperventilate. However, right before Chandler gives her the paper bag, Janice spins around and places the receipt in her mouth. Conveniently, after she begins breathing into the bag, she "chokes" on a receipt. |
| 8 | Supernatural | When the Carlton son reaches in to pull the plug out of the sink you can see the plug chain on the cutting board to the left of the sink before he even reaches in, then he pulls it out and puts the plug chain on the board. |
| 9 | Firefly | When Inara finds Mal unconscious in his quarters, his head is resting up against the wall. When the angle changes to show her running over to him, he has moved away from the wall and his head is on the floor. After she has called for help, his head is once again up against the wall. |
| 10 | Family Guy | In the flashbacks to 1984, Peter and Lois are both 18, but in a previous episode, Lois says that she's two years younger than Peter. |
| 11 | Scrubs | When JD is talking to Carla in the cafeteria, she tells him that it's nearly 5:00. But up to that point, you can see the bottom half of the clock behind him and the hour hand is not visible. It only appears after she tells him the time. |
| 12 | Bones | At the funeral, Bones places a rose on top of several other roses on the coffin of the murder victim. When the victim's parents approach the coffin to place their rose on it, most of the roses have vanished. |
| 13 | Zoey 101 | Season 4, episode 8 "Quinn Misses The Mark": When Zoey is about to get down off the horse, she is at first straddling the horse, then instantly has both legs hanging down on one side. |
| 14 | The Big Bang Theory | The Tangerine Factor: When Penny is talking to Leonard about who read her Ex's blog, she has a spoon full of ice-cream. Camera cuts and it's now empty. |
| 15 | Babylon 5 | Throughout this and the previous episode, Centauri's Regent mispronounces the name of his own planet as "Centuri." Only as he's dying does he finally correctly call his homeworld "Centauri." |

| 16 | Frasier | When Niles and Daphne are at Cafe Nervosa, the empty coffee cup on their table changes position frequently between shots. |
| 17 | Numb3rs | Season 5, Episode 6 "Magic Show": While Penn Jillette is performing the guillotine trick, in the reflection of the blade, a man is can be seen standing between Charlie and Nikki. He is not part of the scene, and is not visible in any regular shot. |
| 18 | King of the Hill | In the season four episode "Nancy Boys", when Nancy calls John Redcorn and tells him that she wants him back, he says, "I'm thirty-six years old. I don't need this crap." Later, in the season nine episode "Redcorn Gambles With His Future", while John is talking to Hank, he mentions waking up one day and realizing that he is forty. If four years had passed since his break-up with Nancy, then Bobby and Joseph would now be sixteen and at least sophomores in high school, but they are still in middle school. |
| 19 | Fringe | The contagion used on Flight 627 was apparently so contagious that every passenger became infected in seconds. However, when John is infected with the contagion, Olivia, Peter, Walter, and the other doctors are able to tend to to him without getting infected. |
| 20 | My Name Is Earl | Episode 10 of Season 4 ("Earl and Joy's Anniversary") has Earl yelling "Fire!" from inside the Crabshack's restroom. As he does, a woman with dark brown hair and wearing a blue plaid shirt gets up from her table to evacuate the restaurant. A long shot outside the restroom of Earl yelling "Fire!" has the same woman getting up and leaving again. |
| 21 | CSI: Miami | During many of the episodes, we often see an overhead shot one of the CSI agents in the Hummer speeding down the Miami (or Los Angeles, where it is filmed) highway systems to a crime scene or what not. If you pay close attention, there is almost never <i>any</i> other traffic on the highways besides them. Very unlikely if not impossible, especially in Miami (or Los Angeles). |
