Malcolm in the Middle

When Dewey yells for Lois because the bow was put on the present, if you look to the left of Lois, you will see a crewmember kneeling down, handing Lois the red dress, who is holding a bucket of water. He quickly gets out of the camera's view. <em>[This is on the DVD of the first season. Someone said on the audio commentary that after catching it, they deliberately left it in to see if anyone would spot it. It's still a mistake, but that's why it's there.]</em>

Friends

Chandler and Joey are spending time with Richard; as they play foosball and Richard scores, he leans back and says "Could that shot BE any prettier?" in a mockery of Chandler. The end of the wall and the hallway behind it are visible (ie the wall set ends).

When Nina's just been shot, and makes it to the barn to call CTU (around 7.10am), while she's speaking on the phone there's a cameraman visible on the right hand side (DVD).

Lost

When Hurley is at the new house, after his mom hurts her ankle, he reaches into the car window to get the cell phone. When he begins to dial, the cameraman's arm moving about is reflected in the back chrome of the side view mirror.

Red Dwarf

In the first episode, 'The End' when Lister is telling his door to lock so he can get his cat out you can see the hand of a member of the crew pushing the door shut (look out the window).

Star Trek: The Next Generation

In the episode "Reunification part 2" when Picard, Spock, and Data have just escaped from the female Romulan commander, when they are walking out of the room look at the green glass ornament - you can see reflection of a crew member.

Shogun

In the opening scene you see an old ship in the water, if you look closely you can also see the shadow of the helicopter that is filming the scene.

The X-Files

When Mulder and Scully are talking about Howard Graves faking his own death, when they get to the bottom of the stairs, you can see the pole which the camera used to travel down the stairs.

Dawson's Creek

In the scene outside of the Rialto, where Dawson is scolding Joey for being rude to Jen, Joey's shirt is falling off one shoulder. She shrugs to fix it, and her shirt lifts in the back, exposing her mic.

Eastenders

The episode where Lisa is running away with Mel. (The episode where Steve dies) There is a scene where Lisa and Mel are panicking at a bus stop, Mel hails a Taxi. When the Taxi stops, you can see the WHOLE crew in the Taxis reflection. Cameraman, soundman, equipment etc.

Little Britain

In the scene with the hypnotist, when the waiter comes over, the boom mike is visible on top of the screen.

Scrubs

When Elliot turns to the lady sitting in the chair and says "so, when's the baby due?" a large green tape marker is blatantly visible on the floor behind her.

Doctor Who (1963)

About 90 seconds into Episode Two, the shadow of the boom mic crosses Ian's face.

Sex and the City

When Charlotte approaches Wyle in front of the fire hydrant, the boom mic is visible at the top of the screen.

Drake and Josh

When Mrs. Hafer keeps Drake back after class, there is a long shot and Drake says, "What is this about?" At this point you can see a fluffy red boom mike between Drake and Mrs. Hafer.

I'm Alan Partridge

When Alan discovers the table extender, a faint shadow of a boom mic and cameraman are seen on the wall next to him.

Smallville

When Clark finds Lex in the Luthor mansion, they walk down the hall and into a new room. As they enter, as Lex is saying "So, hows the new ride?" if you look in the bottom left of the screen you can see a white tape marker on the floor, where Lex will walk over to subsequently.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer

In the episode 'This Year's Girl', when the Scoobies find the demon in the woods that Adam has cut open you can see a boom mike operator in the background.

Xena: Warrior Princess

As the people of Troy are about to be attacked by the warriors in the horse, the camera pans up to the side of the wall where Deiphobus is talking with another soldier. You can see a crew member crouching down behind them wearing a white and grey shirt.

Absolutely Fabulous

When Eddie slides down the stairs you can see the ramp she slides on.

Star Trek (1966)

In the scene where Dr. Dehnar is talking to Gary Mitchell in sick bay, when he grabs her arm you can see the shadow of the boom mike on the door and adjacent wall.

The Blue and the Gray

During the Battle of Bull Run, just before the first shell is fired towards the plantation house, at the upper part of the screen you can see a helicopter flying over the battle action.

Blackadder

When Kate/Bob first arrives at Blackadder's and she says, "I'm an honest hard working lad", you can see the boom mike pop into picture above her.

Heroes

S02E09 - When Claire runs away from Bob after he calls her "Ms. Bennet", you can see Bob's shadow and another person's shadow on the ground. Since no one else was standing next to them, it has to be a crew member, most likely a camera man based on the odd shape of the shadow.

The Prisoner

In the foot-chase-on-the-beach scene, there are tracks in the sand from the camera crew's truck. They vanish and then reappear when the camera angle changes.

Hawaii Five-0

During McGarrett and Chin's interview with the Chinese bookie, the boom dips into the shot several times at the very top of the screen.

Seinfeld

After Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer walk out of the orange stairwell, there is a shot as they come out the door. A car drives past. The crew is reflected in the window.

Kath and Kim

During the scene where Sharon thinks that Brett is having an affair, a camera can be seen in the glass behind Sharon.

After Dr. Benton talks to the police detective and then goes to see the grocery store owner, as Dr. Benton swings open the doors, the camera crew can be seen in the reflection of the glass of the door.

House, M.D.

7 minutes and 30 seconds into chapter 3, Dr. Cameron and Dr. House are walking through a hall-way and Dr. Cameron's mic wire is very evident under her shirt.
