They search for the location of the Village by using map co-ordinates, which are checked out using a military aircraft. The Village is eventually discovered and found to be on an island somewhere in the Mediterranean sea. Number 6 is ejected from the aircraft back to the Village. However, in the final episode, i.e. 'Fall Out,' the Village is found to be in somewhere in the UK. They escape in a truck and end up traveling to London.
It makes no sense why the police haven't done the most obvious thing and checked for fingerprints on the murder weapon (the knife). It would not only back up the detective's claim that he did not stab the victim (he never touched the knife) but would have given the police a major clue to finding and prosecuting the murderer.
In "Where's Gary?" the length of the paddle ball string that SpongeBob uses seems to vary in certain shots. While the length is somewhat subjective one shot that is more conclusive is when Patrick finds Spongebob lying on the floor. The string on the paddle ball is fairly short. When the two get up to get a glass of milk, the string is now a lot longer.
It seems strange why Alison and Cynthia Keener don't raise any suspicion with Wheeler's mother after rescuing her daughter Joanna. After Keener finds her and the other missing girl, she says to Alison that the kidnapper had taken them and had been torturing and abusing them for a number of days. However when Alison and Cynthia go to talk with Wheeler's mother about the old kidnapping case (before the two were rescued) the mother states that she has never been kidnapped and had even saw her yesterday. While the mother might not have been aware of her daughter's kidnapping, wouldn't she have been a little perplexed to have found her daughter had been kidnapped and tortured during days she had seen her. Even if this was something that was not shown, why wouldn't Alison and Cynthia (someone who is well trained in kidnappings) find the mother's statement combined with the kidnapping a bit strange.
Season 3, episode 6, 'Snakebite': After Gage gets bitten by the Rattler, when the driver of Tractor 2 begins ascending the cliff, there is a nice close-up as he passes and this young stuntie is most certainly not the older driver seen in this scene. Not to mention the watchless driver suddenly acquires a black watch.
While Mike is cleaning out the armadillo's hay, just before he finishes the second one you can see the amount of hay in the bin is a few inches from the top of the bin. The next shot goes to a close up of him removing more hay but the amount of hay now in the bin is a bit below the top.
During the video screening at the Teacher of the Year committee, the panel is watching the teacher who acts like Robin Williams. In the video the main judge says "Next" and pushes a button on the video control. It goes to the video that Bart Simpson sent in. How was this possible? The video control would only fast forward the video and two separate entries would not be sent in on the same tape. The committee wouldn't have spliced the footage together onto the same tape as the tapes were piled up on the desk. At the start of the scene one of the judges mentions to put in the next tape.
In the scene where Megan puts the stuff in the salsa and stirs it with the spoon, she takes it out and it is clean, then Josh stirs it again and the spoon comes out clean.
In the scene where Blu and Jamie talk after Blu's trip to G Major, Blu's bra straps keep switching from lying under the straps of her tank top to out, and then back to under the straps in between shots. There's no way they could have moved on their own because they are very tight against her shoulders.
Season 4, episode 9 "Ben 10 vs. The Negative 10, Part 1": When Charmcaster waves her good-bye to Gwen just before Animo swoops her up, the coloration of her waving sleeve's decor suddenly changes from violet to purple.
Teen Titans 5-12 "Titans Together": After the battle, when Robin tosses Beast Boy the Brain for freezing, the Puppet King is seen among the assembled Titans (on the right, next to Herald and Jericho). Somewhat odd, considering that the Puppet King is a villain and not getting frozen up like his compatriots.
When Monica and Chandler are in the bath, she goes under the water as Joey comes in, and when she reappears her wine glass is still full of wine. It would have filled up with water, not stayed with just wine.
When Hotch and Spencer are interrogating Eddie, Spencer shows him the three photos of the people he has killed. Eddie makes a gesture as if to speak and points at Spencer, at which point we see a shot of Spencer and he very obviously glances into the camera.
Episode 9-13, 'Gone With the Windstorm': As Hank jumps out of the closest to scare the boy that is scaring Bobby, we see the contents of the cupboard as well. We see a shelf with a large number of boxes. Clothes rail with many clothes hanging on it. Finally an assortment of objects on the ground. When Hank leaves and the father is wondering where his son has disappeared to we see inside the cupboard again. Everything including the shelf, clothes and clothes rail have disappeared. The only thing remaining is one small box in the left corner.
"Who Killed the Rest?" The boat we see speeding toward shore explodes - but in the brief shot of it just before the detonation, the substitution of a model is apparent. The two vessels don't look anything alike.
In the office, when McGarrett hands Chin Ho the murdered cop's notebook, the microphone shadow can be seen moving across the set wall at the upper left of the screen.
JD is having problems with someone dressed in a gorilla suit, who is slightly shorter than he is. JD sees the janitor, who is considerably taller than he is, eating a banana and accuses him of being the gorilla. If the janitor were as tall as JD, maybe, but you would not confuse someone shorter than you with someone taller, regardless of costume.
When Max is phoning the Chief to let him know the mission's been accomplished, he takes the oars out of the oarlocks before opening his shoephone. The oars change from being out of the oarlocks in the closeups to still being in the water in the long shots for the rest of the episode.
While Jerry calls George from the coffee shop to tell him about the survey question, there is a shot of the waitresses and staff sitting at the tables. Behind them you can see the booths the gang usually sits at and there is a wall right next to the booth with pictures and pipes. Only problem is there are always booths next to the two near the front entrance. Even in this episode you can see the other booths as there are menus, condiments and napkins at the booths next to the regular booths.
Just before the pest control team leaves for the Griffins', we see the black team member holding a shotgun in his hand. After showing Logan in shot, it returns to the black member and he's now holding what looks to be an MP5 machine gun. In the following shot as he starts to slide down the pole, the gun is once again a shotgun.
As the FBI agent shows his ID to Dixon, it is in his right hand, the badge end up. He holds a folder in his left hand. The camera cuts away for just a moment, then returns to show the ID in his left hand, badge to the right, and the folder is in his right hand, all without enough time to make the switches.
In season 3 episode "Fresh Blood": Dean cuts himself near the beginning of the episode, however the blood begins to drip (spurt really) before the blade cuts into his arm.
In the episode where Reba goes to work for Brock, BJ gives Reba a smiley face sticker. When Reba is talking BJ out of her insecurities, her smiley face sticker disappears from shot to shot.
During the scene of the siege at Giles', there is a shot where an Indian guy jumps through the window and helps himself by holding on to the sill. If you look to the left side of the screen, you can see it's a moving wall and that several hands of crew members are holding it so it doesn't shake.
In the scene where Maddie and London come out of the saloon scratching and clawing, you can see that they're played by stunt doubles; the stunt double playing Maddie doesn't have any bangs, whereas Maddie has bangs.
In the scene where Michael is first introduced to his quarters, he goes to pick up a picture of his parents. In the first shot, the laptop next to the picture is closed, but in the next shot through the security camera, the laptop is wide open.
