In the "Battle of Carthage" in the Colosseum, one of the chariots is turned over. Once the dust settles you can see a gas cylinder in the back of the chariot.
When the boys drive the car over the gap in the bridge, look at the side view that shows the main jump, watch the front wheels, they lift up in the air unnaturally before the car leaves the ramp.
When Wolverine crashes into the tree knocked over by Sabertooth, notice that the entire front of the truck gets completely folded up and the windshield breaks into a thousand pieces. In the next frame, Wolverine gets thrown through the UNBROKEN windshield and the front of the truck is practically undamaged...
The serum is transported by the blood. Hair has no blood traveling to it, only the root. So unless Bacon shaved his body clean, his hair wouldn't have become invisible, as would all the fur on the gorilla.
During the scene when Cindy and the killer are fighting Matrix-style, Cindy kicks the killer, and he knocks down the book case so it falls over him. There is a vase with flowers on the book case - when it falls down the vase still remains on the book case, glued to it.
When Daniel is being chased by the Yakuzi in their black Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6s, one of their Lancers crashes into the tanks. The car used for that crash is however a Lancer Evo 4, which is older than the Evo 6, and has a different front bumper, bonnet and rear spoiler.
When Bruce Willis is looking at his old high school news clippings you see a professional baseball score on one of the newspaper clippings. The game was Pittsburgh vs. Arizona Diamondbacks. The Diamondbacks were not a team yet when he was in high school.
When the team captain gets in the car accident, if you look at the damaged car right after it is hit by the truck you can clearly see the stunt driver wearing a black motorcycle helmet.
In one scene where the dad is leaving for work, he sees a dog and in that shot you see his mail truck and the door is open. Then you go to a close-up of the dog and when he runs to his mail truck the door is now shut.
In one of the opening scenes when Bob comes in from walking the dog in the rain, he dries the dog off with a towel and puts the towel on top of the coat tree. He tries to feed the dog and when it cuts back to the dog the towel is on the floor, then his wife comes in and the towel is back on the coat tree.
William H. Macy makes dinner plans with the Mayor and writes "Dinner with the Mayor" on the dry erase board in his office. He writes "Dinner w/ the Mayor" in the "Tuesday" slot. Then an intern comes in and accidentally wipes the appointment off the board with her shirt. Macy yells at her and tells her to rewrite the appointment on the board. The whole premise of the joke and pretty big part of the movie is that the intern rewrites the appointment in the wrong day, thereby causing the Hollywood people to miss dinner, enrage the Mayor and his wife and have the town turn on them. When the girl walks away however, the appointment is clearly rewritten in the correct day (Tuesday). This ruins the whole misunderstanding because although the appointment is in the wrong day later in the movie, at the moment the joke is supposed to be set in motion, there is no mistake.
The evil man request 10,000 pieces of gold for ransom. Each gold piece looks to be about 10 ounces, and 10,000 of those would make the entire thing of gold weigh about or over 3 tons and 2 guys are carrying it around in a little chest throughout the movie.
In the third segment of the movie we see Davis, Yolei, Cody and their Digimon playing on the beach. In the wide shot when we see all of them playing we see that Davi's Digimon is in his "rookie" form, Veemon. When they show a closeup of him and Davis together, Veemon is now in his "in training" form DemiVeemon. Then they show them all playing again and he is now Veemon again.
In the scene where the FBI agents have taken Giovanni Ribisi in for interrogation, one of the FBI agents says at one point "...and I want the whole C:/ Drive backed up on a floppy.", which is pretty hard to do, if not impossible, unless you've got about a 5Mb hard disk drive (depending on compression levels). But later on in the scene where Ribisi is actually doing it, he does it in about 10 seconds...with a 1.44MB floppy.
