In the scene of the championship game, one of the final shots shows Scott's Dad coming out of the crowd to congratulate him. There is a fan behind him who stands up to cheer and deliberately exposes himself to the camera.
In the scene where Marty is being chased by the Libyans, a few times they cut away to show the instrumentation in the car. The first time the odometer reads 33064.2 and the trip counter says 88.8; the second time it's goes back a little to 33061.8 and 86.4. A few seconds later we see it as he turns the corner, and it goes down again from 33,061.8 to 32,994.4, the trip counter has gone from 86.4 to 19. In fact it's a completely different set of instrumentation - the bottom of the needle's angled in some shots and flat in others.
When Apollo is getting ready to fight the Russian boxer, he comes out with white boxing gloves on. Sometime during the announcement of the fighters, the camera shows Rocky and Apollo standing in Apollo's corner. Apollo is jumping up and down while pointing with an ungloved and untaped hand, He is saying "I want you". The next time they show Apollo, he has his gloves on again.
In the scene where Rambo plays possum then suddenly takes out the Russian Officer's Hind Helicopter he uses an M72A2 light anti-tank weapon (LAW). When fired, the M72A2 has a back blast that can kill out to 100 feet, which means he would have either blown up his own helicopter or killed all the MIA's he had rescued...
Near the end of the movie, when Parker and Hunt are on the bus going to the contest, you'll see that Parker's hair is in waves. But when she arrives at the studio, her hair is VERY curly. Its not likely that she had time to change her hairstyle THAT drastically if she was pressed for time as she very clearly was.
When Rocky is in the funhouse looking at himself, he appears to look relatively "normal". But it's very obvious that it's got nothing to do with the mirror, and more to do with the removal of a lot of makeup. For example, Rocky usually has almost no nose, but in the mirror he has Eric Stoltz's very well developed nose.
When the nude girl first comes back to life as a zombie there is a shot of rain falling and smoke swirling. The shot plays forward, then clearly reverses for a second or two before playing forward again. The rain falls up and the smoke reverses direction.
During the scene when Audrey is having a nightmare about eating too much while on vacation, the nightmare ends with her inflating like a balloon from all the food. Her shirt splits open and down the middle, where the buttons have broken, and you can see the black balloon used for the effect.
In the mall scene, when Gary and Wyatt sit down on the bench and Max and Ian dump the Icee on them, notice how much slush is actually dumped on them from a 32 oz. cup.
During the final chase scene where Melanie Kinnamin is running through the woods the pink sweater which is over her shoulders disappears and reappears at random, until she finally loses it by the tree where her co-worker is found murdered.
In the scene where Harrison Ford confronts (and beats up) the tourists, there are a number of close-up shots of the people in the first wagon, including one where Viggo Mortensen leans forward and tells the driver to do nothing, even though he is being provoked. In all these close ups, Mortensen is bare-headed. When the shot changes to Ford's perspective, from the cart behind, we see one of the tourists grab a straw hat from Mortensen's head. The hat has appeared out of nowhere in a split second. There is a child with a straw hat behind Mortensen, but the hat stays on his head in both shots.
After Bond gets down from the Eiffel Tower to chase May Day he steals a car. While Bond is driving down the stairs you can clearly see a Red sticker or decal on the right side of the car. After the car is cut in half it is not there.
During Louden's first dual meet match against the wrestler from Columbia High School in the 178lb. weight class he gets the matched stopped twice because of his bloody nose. After the second stoppage, his coach seems to make the decision that he can no longer continue (which no coach in his right mind would do for a bloody nose, that is left up to the referees) and his opponent receives a medical default victory. The problem is that after that match, the dual meet is over and the other team wins when there were at least two more weight classes left to wrestle. I say at least two more because Louden starts the movie off in the 190lb. weight class and there is at least one more class, that being Heavyweight. (However, if this movie was made today, this scenario would be believable due to a recent rule change that has the referee pick the starting weight out of a hat, instead of it automatically going from lightest to heaviest.)
After Manny's fingers get crunched between the cars, blood sprays on his face. In the next couple of scenes there is hardly any there. Also, when the prison warden get sprayed with the fire extinquisher he is cleaned up in the following shots.
In Westerns, it is common to use several horses in place of one. However, after Kevin Klein's character makes a huge fuss over his bay, they use 4 different horses with distinctly different markings throughout the movie. They did a better job of matching Kevin Costner's horse although a pinto is a more difficult colour to match. Also, in one scene, Danny Glover's horse changes from a sorrel (red) to a bay (brown).
During the scene where Fletch is at the hospital trying to locate Stanwyk's medical records, he drops lots of files on the floor and asks a nurse to sort them out. When he is talking to her he has a stethoscope in his ears, but when the camera moves behind him they are suddenly round his neck. Moments later they are back in his ears.
In the scene where Captain Mowser gets his hands glued to his head, he walks out into the locker room naked. In wide shots, you can see that he is wearing a nude coloured body suit.
When Fitz-Hume and Millbarge disguise themselves as aliens in order to distract the mobile launcher crew, where exactly did they get the foil they are wearing? Except for the satellite dish Millbarge wears on his head, no parts of their code transmitter can have been used or the thing would be of no further use, and it is very unlikely that either of the two spy groups brought any of the foil along.
Dabney Coleman is chasing Tom Hanks and Lori Singer into the Senate Office Building and in one shot has his flip-up shades on and the next shot they're gone. All in an impossible split second.
When Charlie stabs Dandridge in the hand with his pencil, he stabs the hand holding him by the neck. The depth of the wound on Dandridge's hand reveals that the pencil should have stabbed Charlie in his neck and given him a severe wound, if not kill him.
